If you turn it down to avoid hurting your ear, the sound is too soft to hear clearly. The noise cancellation technology was nothing special either. It also does not have a secure fit and feels like it is about to fall out of your ear. You can try shoving it further into your ear, but it is not very comfortable. Lastly, the rubber ear piece comes off easily and sometimes gets stuck in your ear when you take the headset off. Overall, this headset is not worth the money. The Jawbone is much better, hands down.
